A few important things to note today:
🙋♂️ Dialogue Groups:
The Dialogue Groups will meet in various breakout rooms as well as the Hall and Sanctuary. You will meet in the same place each time. Discussion content for Dialogue Groups is available https://ga2025.nz/assembly-updates/ Please note Dialogue Groups are for Commissioners only.
Dialogue Groups are scheduled for:
- Monday 4:30 – 6:00pm
- Tuesday 1:30 – 3:00pm
- Wednesday 1:30 – 3:00pm
📸 Photography:
You may not take photographs or video or record audio during business sessions. Our business is confidential until the Assembly has dealt with it. Some of our business may be conducted in private. Outside of business sessions, such as lunch times, if you wish to photograph or video individuals or groups close-up and where they are easily identifiable and appear to be a focus, please seek their permission to film, and seek their consent if you wish to post on social media. Assembly is not a public event and privacy laws apply.

📋 Reminders:
- 📝 Sign-in opens from 10:00am Monday. Come and collect your welcome pack and name tag.
- ⏰ Mihi whakatau at 1:00pm sharp. Please be in the carpark by 12:50pm.
- 🍴 Monday lunch is not provided. Grab something nearby. Dinner is included.
- 🚗 Parking. You’ll be issued a parking pass. Need mobility parking? Let us know ASAP so we can reserve it. Please do not park in the St Paul’s carpark on Monday, but from Tuesday onwards this will be available on a first-come first-serve basis. More parking is available on Alfred Street.

- Coffee cart: We’ve got your caffeine fix sorted with a coffee cart on site from 7:00-11:00am, Tuesday to Thursday.
