Only 10 days to go! The venue is nearly ready, and so are we. Here’s what to remember before you arrive.
📋 What You Need to Know
- 🚐 Airport shuttles: You are responsible for arranging your own transport from the airport to the venue or hotel, but we are providing a shuttle to get back to the airport at the other end. You must have pre-booked this. If you have pre-booked, your colour-coded shuttle time will appear on your name tag.
- 📝 Sign-in opens 10am Monday 20 October: Collect your welcome pack and name tag, it’s your all-in-one pass for shuttles, breakfast, and dialogue groups.
- ⏰ Mihi whakatau: After signing in, be back in the St Paul’s carpark by 12:50pm sharp on Monday. Don’t miss the official welcome!
- 🍴 Monday lunch is not provided: There are plenty of eateries and supermarkets nearby, so plan ahead.
